  This lot on Chateau Drive, across the street from 692 Chateau Drive (0339-192-19), is a very nice lot with a fantastic view down into the valley to Lake Gregory. It's somewhat deceptive when you go to view the lot, it looks real steep in the front (10 feet or so) but when you get up on top it's a gentle sloped knoll, almost flat, with many nice trees on top. You need to get up on the top to appreciate how great this lot is! It's my favorite and very buildable! At 60' x 166' x 55' x 162' it is 9274 sq-ft which is about 1/4 acre and has plenty of room to build and enjoy!
