  Upon Reaching the top of the mountains and just before you get to Arrow-Bear, you will drive thru the quaint town of Running Springs. There are many fine restaurants and all the shopping and supplies you would need while enjoying your mountain cabin hideaway. Along with the basics such as gas, grocery, post office, auto-parts and hardware you can also find snowboard and ski rentals for those winter snow days.
