At the end of a quiet street lies this property. The road ends only 20 or so feet from the corner of the lot. There is virtually no access from Lookout or Oak Drive, you reach this property via Donner. This will keep traffic to a bare minimum giving you peace and quiet! The lot is predominently rock and will require the appropriate engineering for this type of build. When you visit this lot, look to the home to the east and you can see how this type of construction is done. The rock creates a very stable base for a foundation.

The view is to the North with no other structures in the sight line. There is a dry creek bed to the rear of the property which we had planned to span with the back end of the structure and the deck. This would give access to a large area of open land. Utilities are at, or very near, the front of the lot.
