This is a secluded, upslope lot, with many
trees and a wonderful spot for a home. As the
frontage is only 20' wide, the setbacks will
only be 5' on each side (even less with a
variance) a plus when building. Only blocks
from Lake Gregory, the mountain trails and only
10 miles to the ski slopes. All utilities
available at the street with houses nearby,
although they are out of sight!
As the positioning of this lot is in line with
the street, a drive can be graded straight up
the hill to your garage. There may be a need to
apply a variance in order to fit the south
western corner of the structure or a
modification of the proposed plans will enable
you to build without this variance.
Driving Directions: From Interstate 10 go North
on Interstate 215, 3 miles later go East on the
30, after about a mile head North on Highway 18
to the Mountain Communities. Travel for about 9
miles and turn North onto North Road. Go about
1/2 mile and turn left onto Arosa Road. Go
about 3/4 mile and turn right onto Dart Canyon
Road. Go to the first right, which should be
Acacia Drive and turn right. The second
intersection should be Ashlar Drive, turn right
and follow Ashlar for about 1/4 mile and the
lot will be on your right. Look for 659 Ashlar
(lots 115, 116 & 117) on the left as a
landmark. As always, it is suggested that you
print out the maps and actually go view this
property before you bid.
