DESCRIPTION: |
This is a very nice lot with a great view into
the valley. It is located on Fern Drive, three
parcels away from 2624 Fern Drive (0327-254-12)
on the left. It is a downsloped lot with a flat
area below to place your cabin. Real nice rocks
around the lot (ArrowBear has these neat
Flintstone-like rock formations...cool stuff).
Very close and above the highway for those
snowy days! There are shops and businesses on
the highway below the lot, within walking
distance. Arrowbear Lake is only a half a mile
away and has a small beach and fishing. At 6000
feet you will get snow, at times, in the
Winter!
Directions: From the Interstate 10 Freeway head
North on Highway 330, pass thru Running Springs
and continue on towards Big Bear. About 1 1/2
miles from Running Springs turn right on Deer
Lick Road, follow that around for about 1/4
mile and then take a left onto Sky Drive. Sky
Drive will turn to the right and just as it
does, turn left onto Fern. It looks like a
someones driveway (sometimes they block the
road!) but just past their house (2624 Fern)
the road turns left. The property is about 120'
past the turn on the left. It should still be
staked and flagged.
