Smiley Park is a year-round resort and one of the nicest little communities in the San Bernardino National Forest area. Located on the site of the original lumber operation and consisting of a number of original structures from the late 1800's, there are about 75 cabins in the community.

  The 30' by 80' lot is situated on Ponderosa Pike Road across and just West from 15 Ponderosa Pike. The Southeast corner is near the Western edge of the cinderblock wall. It adjoins the rear property lines of 3 and 4 Fredalba Road and on the West it adjoins the fence line of 12 Ponderosa Pike Road. There are two large 100 year old Oak Trees near the Southern corners at Ponderosa Pike Road, I would hope that when you build your cabin you would leave these in place! We have not staked the property corners so if you have trouble envisioning the boundaries, let us know.
